1. Prices & Inventory
    Occasional errors or inaccuracies on our website regarding product description, pricing, promotions and availability might occur. Under these conditions, we reserve the right to correct any of the following errors and inaccuracies to update information or cancel orders (if needed) without prior notice.

    If the ordered item happens to run out of stock before being updated on our website, PRLA will notify the customer via email. We may suggest an alternative item or cancel the order and fully refund your purchase. PRLA reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

    The pricing stated on PRLA's website includes 10% sales tax but do not include delivery cost or customs fees. Delivery fees will be indicated during the checkout process according to the shipment locations.

  2. Discounts & Gift Cards
    We reserve the right to change prices and discount items from time to time without prior notice. Gift cards & discount codes are only valid once per person (unless stated otherwise) and only within the stated period. They may not be combined or transferred into another purchase.

  3. Payment
    Available payment through our website is by credit cards.

    Payment is due immediately unless the parties have arranged a later date. If payment is pending, PRLA reserves the right to pause shipments until the full amount is received. A purchase may be declined if payment did not go through or fraud is detected.

  4. Shipping & Delivery
    PRLA ships internationally. We accept and process purchases on the same day the orders are submitted to the website. The delivery of goods is subject to availability. Our processing time is between 5-10 working days. Packaging of goods is done in our warehouse and processed via DHL. Shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process before completing the order.

    If the shipment sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the cost of shipping.

    If a delay occurs during the shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email. You may cancel the order and get a full refund.

    Should you discover any damage to the package before opening it, please take a photo and report it to our customer support: info@prlaofficial.gmail.com as soon as possible. 

    PRLA is NOT responsible for any import duties payable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  5. Return & Exchanges

    At PRLA, we actively promote thoughtful consumerism and encourage our customers to make informed choices when making a purchase. By attentively reviewing product sizing and avoiding frequent returns, we can play a significant role in minimizing our environmental impact and working towards a sustainable future.

    However if you still wish to initiate a return, we offer the option to either receive store credit or exchange the item within a timeframe of 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Customers are accountable for the incurred expenses associated with return shipping. This includes bearing the cost of both sending the product back to our warehouse and receiving the replacement. 

    The items you would like to return have to be unworn, unwashed and neatly folded with all tags included for a full refund in store credit. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.

    Do note that the responsibility for the returned goods is yours until it reaches us. We recommend that the returned shipment is insured and traceable. 

    If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team.

    Please note that discounted items are considered final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all items purchased on sale as well as those purchased using voucher discounts.

  6. Damaged Products
    PRLA ensures that all our products go through quality control procedures before being shipped to our customers. We try our best to avoid damages or defects in our products. If you receive a faulty item, please send us an email including a photo of the defects within 14 days from the time of delivery.

    If you would like to exchange the item for a new one, we will replace your item with a new one depending on its availability. If the one your prefer is unavailable, we will refund you with a store credit.

  7. Colors
    The colours shown on the website may vary depending on your computer or phone screen and settings. Purchasing means you have understood and agreed to these terms.
