1. Prices & Inventory

While we aim for accuracy at all times, occasional errors may occur on our website, including in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. PRLA reserves the right to correct any such errors or omissions, and to update information or cancel orders when necessary, without prior notice.

If an item becomes unavailable before our site reflects the update, our team will notify you via email. In such cases, we may suggest an alternative or issue a full refund. PRLA also reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

All prices shown on PRLA’s website include a 10% sales tax but exclude delivery fees and international customs duties. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping location.

For any applicable customs duties or import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.


2. Discounts & Gift Cards

PRLA reserves the right to adjust pricing or offer limited-time promotions at any time, without prior notice.

Gift cards and discount codes are valid for single use per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and are redeemable only within the specified timeframe. Offers may not be combined or transferred across purchases.


3. Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards through our website.

Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at the time of purchase. PRLA reserves the right to hold or delay shipments until full payment has been received. Orders may be declined or canceled if payment fails to process or if any fraudulent activity is suspected.


4. Shipping & Delivery

PRLA ships internationally. Orders are accepted and processed on the same day they are placed, subject to availability. Our standard processing time is 5–10 business days, with all orders carefully packaged at our Jakarta warehouse and shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery destination.

In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, PRLA reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Should your package arrive with visible damage, please document it with photographs prior to opening and contact our customer support team at info@prlaofficial.com as soon as possible.

Please note: Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing and may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We appreciate your understanding.


5. Returns & Exchanges

At PRLA, we believe in intentional dressing and mindful consumerism. Every considered purchase helps reduce waste and supports a slower, more sustainable way of living.

We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before placing an order. If something still isn’t quite right, we offer the option to return your item for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Neatly folded with all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original or similar protective packaging

Discounted items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are a small international label based in Indonesia. For this reason, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • The cost to return the item to our warehouse

  • The cost to receive the exchanged item

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as PRLA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Damaged Products

At PRLA, every piece is carefully inspected through our quality control process before being shipped. We take great care to ensure each item meets our standards of craftsmanship and finish.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@prlaofficial.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

Should the item qualify as defective, we will gladly offer a replacement, subject to availability. If your preferred item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item.


7. Colours

Please note that product colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device displays. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility as part of the purchasing experience.
